Welcome to Chakhna4u (operated by Chakhna4u Food Concepts Pvt. Ltd.). By accessing our website https://chakhna4u.com or placing food orders, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Operating Hours & Service Coverage

Chakhna4u is an evening snack delivery service. Regular order acceptance and delivery occurs between 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM across configured areas in Jaipur (Vaishali Nagar, Mansarovar, Malviya Nagar, C-Scheme, Raja Park, Jagatpura). We reserve the right to decline or pause order intake during extreme weather conditions or kitchen capacity peaks.

2. Food Nature & Allergen Information

Chakhna4u sells food and non-alcoholic snacking items only. All items are freshly prepared. While we segregate vegetarian and chicken cooking lines, dishes may be prepared in a facility handling peanuts, gluten, dairy (paneer), mustard, and soy. Customers with severe allergies must exercise personal discretion.

3. Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (₹). GST and packaging charges are computed transparently before final checkout. We offer free delivery for orders meeting or exceeding our threshold of ₹299.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of services provided by Chakhna4u shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
